SHIPPING

During Sales, Your processing and shipping times may be longer. Your patience is appreciated.

WE OFFER FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE on orders over $20.00.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for missed-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info.

 

 

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so USPS must handle any shipping issues. INSURANCE can add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. (PLEASE READ)

RETURN

DUE TO COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Exception 

All transactions and purchases made on the site are final, and TOZZYWIGS offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defective. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.

 

If you received the wrong product, are missing any products, or have concerns, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install the hair. 

 

Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot cancel, adjust or apply any discounts. Please double-check your order before making your purchase.

RETURN

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, or we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
