Please keep in mind that all sales are final due to COVID and the nature of the product (NO EXCEPTIONS). Orders cannot be changed/canceled once placed due to orders being started once payment is received. All orders are FINAL. NO REFUNDS or RETURNS I do not rush orders due to each customer receiving excellent quality from our company. Please do not guess the head size. ​

PROCESSING TIME

Due to the high volume of orders, custom orders will take 10-21 days 

Once an order has shipped a tracking number will be emailed

SHIPPING 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control, and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping. If you choose not to buy the insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS or UPS.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

 

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TOZZYWIGS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
